U.S. Shipping Only

Sharks Technologies currently ships exclusively within the United States. Orders with delivery addresses outside the U.S. cannot be processed.

Shipping Rates

All orders are shipped using a flat-rate shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout. This rate applies regardless of order size or weight.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

All our orders ship via FedEx with tracking, full order value declared, and a direct signature required at delivery, helping keep your order protected from shipment through delivery. Sharks Technologies remains responsible for your order while it is in transit until confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Sharks Technologies is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Inclement or severe weather conditions
National or federal holidays
Carrier service disruptions

Lost or Missing Packages

If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit before confirmed delivery, please contact Sharks Technologies promptly. We will work directly with FedEx to initiate the applicable claim process and determine the appropriate resolution.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Sharks Technologies is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or for loss occurring after confirmed delivery.
