• 2-Year Extended Coverage. Extend your coverage to 2 full years from the original purchase date for added peace of mind.

❌ What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage (drops, cracked screens, etc.)

• Normal wear and tear (including battery degradation)

• Cosmetic damage

• Consumable parts

• Damage caused by:

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Water, fire, or flood

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Sharks Technologies’ responsibility is limited strictly to:

• Replacement of defective products only

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages

• Installation errors or improper use

• Compatibility issues not verified prior to purchase

📄 Manufacturer Warranties

Sharks Technologies' warranty is separate from any warranty that may be provided by the original manufacturer. Any manufacturer warranty, if applicable, is governed exclusively by the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return—risk free.

↩️ Return Conditions

To maintain the highest quality standards for all pilots:

• All items must be unused

• All products must remain in original sealed packaging

• The entire bundle must be returned (no missing items)

This ensures every customer receives a factory-fresh, flight-ready system.

❌ Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

• Any item has been opened or used

• Any part of the bundle is missing

• Packaging is damaged or not original

🔁 Return Process (RMA Required)

Before returning any item, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Step-by-Step:

1. Contact Sharks Technologies Customer Service via the Contact Us page

2. Request your RMA number and return instructions

3. Wait for approval (RMA is not automatic)

4. Ship your return:

   • RMA number clearly written on the outer shipping box

   • Do not write on the product packaging

   • Shipment must be prepaid and insured
