❌ What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage (drops, cracked screens, etc.)
Normal wear and tear (including battery degradation)
Cosmetic damage
Consumable parts
Damage caused by:
- Misuse or abuse
- Water, fire, or flood
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications

⚠️ Warranty Limitations

Sharks Technologies’ responsibility is limited strictly to:

Replacement of defective products only

We are not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential damages
Installation errors or improper use
Compatibility issues not verified prior to purchase

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return—risk free.

↩️ Return Conditions

To maintain the highest quality standards for all pilots:

All items must be unused
All products must remain in original sealed packaging
The entire bundle must be returned (no missing items)

This ensures every customer receives a factory-fresh, flight-ready system.

❌ Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

Any item has been opened or used
Any part of the bundle is missing
Packaging is damaged or not original

🔁 Return Process (RMA Required)

Before returning any item, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Step-by-Step:

Contact Sharks Technologies Customer Service via the Contact Us page
Request your RMA number and return instructions
Wait for approval (RMA is not automatic)
Ship your return:
- RMA number clearly written on the outer shipping box
- Do not write on the product packaging
- Shipment must be prepaid and insured

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please allow:
- Up to 10 business days after approval for processing
