We offer for sale five different sizes of high grade urethane rubber check valves that will fit tight and snug on your pipeline for your pneumatic (vacuum) conveying systems that transfers product.

 

We wanted to create an answer to the problem, so we made a Solid Heavy Duty Valve at a lower cost compared to the market. Our valves are designed with an oversized top flap, thicker material and stronger hinge design.

 

This allows the valve to create a tight seal, while preventing it from being pulled into the pipeline or tearing minimizing downtime. The thicker and stronger design allows for 24/7, 365 days/year operation. They don't rust and they won't hang up.

 

Examples of application in pneumatic conveying systems are:

• resins

• granulars

• color additives

• bio slip

• calcium

• repro

• regrind

 

The valve material is rubber urethane.

The operating pressure range is 0 to -18 lbs of vacuum pressure.

We offer five different valve sizes: 3.5 inch, 3 inch, 2.5 inch, 2 inch and 1.5 inch.
