We provide high quality custom die casting parts for a wide range of industries, including Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Plumbing, Petrochemical, Energy, Mining and Construction.
With die casting machines ranging from 180 Ton up to 2000 Ton, we can produce die casting parts that range in weight from a few grams to more than 40 pounds for aluminum, up to 100 pounds for zinc, and up to 1 Ton for Titanium.
For die casting parts requiring aesthetical, functional or protective coating, we also provide secondary operations (CNC and metal finishing) as complementary to die casting services. We also offer Engineering and Logistics/Packaging services.

Investment Casting Solutions

We provide high quality custom ferrous and non-ferrous investment casting parts for a wide range of industries.
Investment casting is a very versatile process which is ideal for simple or complex parts (to include intricate cavities), and for low to high volume production rates. We produce investment castings for with dimensions between 0.1" and 24", and ranging in weight from a few grams to more than 50 pounds. For Titanium die casting the maximum weight can reach 1 Ton.
For casting parts with special finishing requirements, we also provide a broad range of secondary services to include machining, surface finishing, and inspection.
We also offer Engineering and Logistics/Packaging services.

Hot Forging Solutions

We provide high quality custom ferrous and non-ferrous hot forging parts for a wide range of industries.
Hot forging is known to produce some of the strongest manufactured parts compared to other metal manufacturing processes. We produce hot forging parts with dimensions between 1" and 30", and ranging in weight from a few grams to more than 100 pounds.
For forging parts with special finishing requirements, we also provide a broad range of secondary services to include machining, surface finishing, and inspection.
